Reposition or lift corner of left mouth after surgical treatment for severe jaw problems? (Photo)

This is obviously very subtle deformity, not visible on this photo. That may be weakness of lover lip muscles as a result of partial facial nerve brunch injury during surgery? Only on the basis of thourough in person evaluation it would be possible to confirm cause of the problem and, eventually, discuss options of treatment. Hope this helps.
