My orthodontist gave me the option of full treatment or not full. I have been fitted and paid for treatment up front. I was told since the correction is only for the front bottom and top teeth (mild crowding), I did not have to wear them during the day, only at night for 14 months and then a retainer. Just looking for advise. Everywhere I read, people are wearing them for 22 hours.
