I've read that derma rolling increases the size of where the hair follicle is on the skin, and tbe skin is then better able to absorb skin care products. Is only effective immediately after rolling, or if the increased rate of absorbency lasts for a considerable time after the rolling procedure is completed? I don't like to use too many products right after rolling, because I've gotten rashes. I'd like to use retinol and vitamin C. The dags after the rolling, not on the same day.
