Dark underarms: could Fraxel Laser treatment work for me? I have brown skin and I'm worred about hyperpigmentation. (photo)

I have dark underarms ( I have brown skin) I used a streroid product off of amazon it caused bad stretch marks 2 years ago. I went for a consultation at local skin enhancement place and they said they have fraxel laser treatment I wanted to see if thats an option for me as I am worried I could get more hyper pigmentation after the treatment. lastly, fraxel works on underarm area?

Fraxel is a great laser for treating scars.  There are different settings of the laser and depending on the area and goal of the treatment you can have just redness or sandpaper like skin for days to weeks.  Fraxel on the body takes generally longer than the face.  I often prefer eMatrix for sc...

Fraxel is a great laser for pigmentation and scars.  It is unclear which setting you had and for which indication.  If you still have marks three months later I would recommend you return to your treating physician for examination.
