I have dark underarms ( I have brown skin) I used a streroid product off of amazon it caused bad stretch marks 2 years ago. I went for a consultation at local skin enhancement place and they said they have fraxel laser treatment I wanted to see if thats an option for me as I am worried I could get more hyper pigmentation after the treatment. lastly, fraxel works on underarm area?

Stretch marks can be treated with Vbeam if they are red, Fraxel if they are white like scars. If you have darker skin than the EMatrix would be my suggestion for you. It would be helpful if you posted a photo. Fraxel can be used on any area of the body. For the best cosmetic results please consult a board certified dermatologist with experience with these lasers.
