Had Vivace fractional today. The RN stated use highest setting followed by 2 more passes of less intensity. She stated it was normal to feel this painful since she "was going deep/highest of settings." Despite a pain med & numbing cream-it was very painful! My concern is I remain red and swollen 8 hours post procedure and I have noticed indentations in my face specifically on side of cheeks and jowls as pictured above. Will this go away or is this damage from being too aggressive on laser depth?
