Restylane and Juvederm both are FDA approved and both have a high safety profile but what is really counts is the injector who is going tp do the procedure." It's the PAINTER and not the paint' . And from my experience I would tell you that brand of fillers has a 'STAR" product . for me I prefer Ultra 3 for lips from Juvederm while I will only use Vital from Restylane as a skin booster. Thank you for your question. thee are many factors that determine how long can the botox lasts. I would mention few like Dilution of the botox and how many units in total were injected . other factors will depend on the patient him/herself like if he /she has high metabolic rate or if he/she exercise a lot .. Smokers as well tend to have shorter duration of botox. In general Botox usually lasts for 3-4 months.still I have patients whom their Botox lasted for 7 months.

Thank you for your question . The filler would depends on each case if you have a deep tear trough then I will go for Redensity 2 from Teosyal . In case the tear trough is not  that deep I would really then suggest Volbella from Juvederm as it is very soft filler . Both fillers are long lasting in the sense that the result  will last for 12-18 months and will give you a very natural and fresh look.

Thank you for you question. you will start to see effect of botox by day 3 and the full results will be achieved by day 10 because botox is chemical denervation of the muscles so it will need few days before you can see any results. coming back to your question "20 units" indeed is the recommended dose of botox to be injected in the frown lines so give it few days and you will start to see the results.
