Is there any way to help my lisp that's caused by Invisalign?

I got invisalign braces put on a couple days ago. My teeth are almost perfect they just started to shift and I need to correct some issues, especially on the bottom. I've been doing alright with them but my number one issue is this slight lisp that I have. I am constantly giving talks and speeches and I need to be able to speak freely. I'm not sure if the lisp will go away or not but I'm having a hard time with it. I'm thinking I'll need to remove the upper tray when I'm giving talks sometimes.

It is totally normal to feel like you are lisping when you first start wearing the trays. The more you speak with it in, the more your tongue will get used to it and adapt. It is helpful to read out loud to speed up that process. If it is really necessary, you can remove the upper tray when giving a talk -- just be sure to put it right back in. I am confident that if you give it time it will keep getting easier to talk with it in.

In most instances your lisp is just a temporary condition, as your mouth adjusts to your new appliances. just be diligent, and dont give up
