I did not wear a retainer for a few yrs. I have noticed the spacing in my teeth are starting to show. I went to my dentist and got the buttons back on.However, the aligner she said for me to wear, I could pop it out with my tongue. As I remember, the aligners should be tight for the first few days. So I felt it was not working. So last week I started wearing aligner 5 and felt the tension. Was I wrong with wearing an old aligner and the spacing between my teeth and the aligners, is that ok?

Answer: Wearing an old Invisalign aligner to move teeth
If your teeth are stable and you are confident that your retainers fitted, then your original dentist can order them online. If you are not sure then get some silicone impressions done and send to them to your original dentist
Based on your complains and photos, the best way to operate will be to:
1- realign your teeth with invisalign (invisible braces)
2- improve the appearence of the 4 front upper teeth so the two front one will "blend in" (veneering the laterals)
3- than proceed to replace the missing...
You have mild upper and lower anterior crowding with a mild arch collapse
The lower incisors are slightly over erupted and you have a slightly deep bite
Invisalign 11 trays will include only stripping enamel and moving the front teeth
You can have Invisalign full arch or metal braces...
