Genital / anal hair removal for males?

I have already gotten some laser on my face. I’m a dark skinned male and I grow a lot Prefer to be smooth My question is if I decide to get laser on my front and back side I’m concerned if there will be any long term sensitivity on my anus for anal sex. I know laser only last but so long should I look into electrolysis after completing laser for any areas that still decide to grow?

Laser hair removal can cause temporary sensitivity in the treated area, but it typically doesn't last more than 48 hours. The skin may feel tender, similar to a mild sunburn, but this should subside quickly. If any hair regrowth occurs, electrolysis is an option for permanent hair removal, but it’s not necessary unless you prefer a completely hair-free area after your laser treatments. Be sure to follow proper aftercare to minimize irritation and enhance the results.

The absolute best option for dark skin laser hair removal is anything with a yag option.  If the area is below the waist it should be done every 8 weeks to catch the different areas of hair that are in the active growth phase.  The gentlemax pro is an excellent option for this

Based on the information you provided, I would recommend using an **NdYAG laser** (not Alexandrite, Diode, and never IPL). NdYAG is the safest option for dark skin because it penetrates deeper and bypasses surface pigmentation, reducing the risk of laser burns (though the improper technique can still cause burns in inexperienced hands). 
When performed correctly, NdYAG does not have an affinity for nerve tissue, meaning it shouldn't affect sensitivity. However, if burns occur, nerve damage could be a possibility (see above). I have been performing laser hair removal (LHR) for 8 years* without encountering such issues, and I have not found any medical literature linking LHR to permanent or temporary sensitivity loss in the intimate area. Recommendations:Find an **experienced provider** who specializes in your skin type.  Start with a **low power setting** to assess your skin’s reaction (expect 9-12 sessions every 4 weeks for areas with dense hair). Post-procedure care is crucial:  - Avoid irritation/friction for **4-5 days**.  - Keep the area clean using a **gentle shower gel** for sensitive skin.  - Shave carefully between sessions. 
I do NOT recommend electrolysis for this area due to the lack of precise needle depth positioning and the higher risk of damaging superficial nerve endings, which are responsible for sensitivity.
