I'm a 23 year old female with hair loss. I just got diagnosed from a trichologist that my hair loss was due to seborrheic dermatitis and vitamin d deficiency he said that once I began treatment my hair would grow back. I just want to know if seborrheic dermatitis and vitamin d deficiency can really cause hair loss and if I can really grow all my hair back once I treat it?
