Where did my microblading go? Bare skin under flaked off scabs. (Photos)

I had microblading done 1 week ago. Flakes are coming off, and I’ve stared long and hard in the mirror, but I don’t see any evidence of pigment left over. I don’t have oily skin, and I’m dry healing accordingly. Is pigment going to magically re-emerge in a week?

Hello Lisas87,Your photos are a bit blurry. Give the brows some time to heal (4-6 weeks) if at this point you are not happy with your brows, follow up with your artist to correct the brows.If you tend to have oilier skin, the crisp strokes may be a bit blurred. Your artist can camouflage to...

During the healing process it's normal for the brows to become flaky and scab. Allowing them to heal without wetting them will help the skin to retain the pigment. This will give a better outcome. Dry healing seems to work best. Do not pick at the scabs.Best of luck!
