Will plasma pen results last for electrolysis scarring?

I have acquired lots of pin prick marks from an electrolysis needle and a few longer Scars on my chin. This might be because the beautician was being too aggressive with the treatment and I am having a plasma pen treatment test patch to see if this helps with my scarring. My question is whether this is a long lasting treatment as I am not sure whether this new collagen will last and off not, what will.
