Was having a sports massage the other day and noticed this on my back in a mirror as I was getting changed. I dunno how long it's been there tbh (because I normally can't see my back obvs). Might have always been there.

Your brow asymmetry will improve over time, but it seem that a future procedure in some months will be needed to help equalize the results.Botox can be used in the interim to help balance the result while you heal.

It does sound like you have an angioma rather than a basal cell carcinoma. I cannot be sure  so I would see a dermatologist .
