Will my eyebrows be out of line after having a basal cell carcinoma removal just above right eyebrow? (Photos)

I had a basal cell carcinoma removed yesterday just above my right eyebrow. The wound was closed with 5 stiches. It is a little swollen but my right eyebrow is now about 1 centimetre above the left. Will this be permanent due to the stitches pulling the skin up or will it go back to normal? They look really odd and uneven as they are now.
