Will my eyebrows be out of line after having a basal cell carcinoma removal just above right eyebrow? (Photos)

Its difficult to comment specifically about your case, but i would expect your brow symmetry to improve as you heal.  The area is still swollen, and the skin and surrounding area will likely relax some.  
If they are still asymmetric, you could opt for Botox to help even out the eyebrows or surgery to address on a more permanent basis. Wishing you a speedy recovery

How close to normal your right eyebrow will get depends on how big the defect was, how lax your skin is and how much undermining of tissue above the wound was done by your surgeon. It is always wise to ask questions like yours prior to the procedure, particularly the repair. If it stays elevated above the left, perhaps it could be lowered further or the left could be raised. In skin cancer surgery, surgeons are primarily concerned with getting out all the skin cancer. Once this is done, they are then left with a defect and have to figure out how to fix the defect to get as close to normal as possible. This is not always easy or even possible to do.
