Am I entitled to get a refund?

My crown been done a moth ago and it is all gone, fell apart so I have no tooth left, it was done a month ago, first root canal treatment and then the crown as my tooth was partly broken.

Not necessarily. It all depends on how much the tooth's shape changed  after the root canal therapy. if the endodontist only made a small occlusal opening, you might not need a new impression. Your dentist should be able to check the fit before cementing the crown.
