Am I entitled to get a refund?

My crown been done a moth ago and it is all gone, fell apart so I have no tooth left, it was done a month ago, first root canal treatment and then the crown as my tooth was partly broken.

I would recommend to contact your dentist. was it a temporary crown? was it not cemented with a permanent cement? I'm positive he/she would address your concern.

Hi:It’s best to return to your dentist and talk to him about what has happened.  Depending on the policy of the office, most likely the crown will be redone at no charge.Best,Dr. Maddahi
