I had a tooth extraction and first phase of implant done outside the US, the gum was closed and stitched over and everything has gone well so far. I'm confused about getting the second part done in one trip though, everything I read online says that the implant would need surgical uncovering and time to heal before doing the abutment and crown, but they said they can do it all in one trip using WaterLase laser. Is this a common method? Any risks to not having additional healing time?

Absolutely, implant placement and bone grafting are usually done at the
same time with rare exceptions. If the
implant can be stabilized, that is show no movement at initial placement, then
grafting is not only possible, but preferred.

Thanks for posting photos. in your case ideal treatment is braces treatment. as i can see u have rotated lateral incisor. so if u choose to go with crown, good amount of tooth reduction is required. and due to rotation there is not enough space to accommodate new crown in that space.
Are there any symptoms or infection notedif not I would leave alone . If there is pathology then I would try to retreat first Implants are a great option. But saving a good tooth is usually the first choice calling the prior Dr after 14 years is pushing it a little
