Bruising before cosmelan treatment - should I go ahead with it?

I have my appointment booked fir cosmelan 2 days from now. My doctor told me I should not have any active acne before the treatment. 2 days back I got 2-3 blind pimples. I was popping one of them and applied too much pressure, my skin has turned brow and purple, looks like a bruise. Nothing came out of the pimples. Should I continue with my cosmelan? it's due in 2 days.
