I'm in my mid-40s, Asian, and looking for treatment for dark spots/sunspots on my face. At the recommendation of my dermatologist, I got Picoway and Clear and Brilliant lasers a month and a half ago. After about 2 weeks, the results were spectacular--all brown spots were completely gone. However, after about a month, the 3 major brown spots came back and are just as bad as they were before. Would Cosmelan be a better solution for my Asian skin? I do not have melasma--just isolated brown spots.

1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP
2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors
3) Laser treatments like Clear +...
We hear this quite often on the forum for cosmelan. I would suggest starting Melapads once daily to the area to help further lighten the skin and unclog the keratin within the clogged pores.
