32F — Lower face laxity, jowls and facial changes after Ultherapy & masseter Botox - what is the best treatment plan? (Photos)

I’m 32 and trying to understand the safest way to treat lower face laxity after cosmetic procedures that didn’t go as expected. At 30 I had masseter Botox for clenching/grinding, followed shortly after by aggressive Ultherapy (HIFU). Since then my lower face has felt very different: my masseters shrank significantly, my smile changed temporarily, and over time my lower face started looking more deflated, saggy and tired. What surprised me most is that after Ultherapy (HIFU) my skin felt softer and looser instead of tighter. I expected a tightening effect, but my lower face now looks more “wobbly” and aged even after muscle function returned. Has anyone experienced this? Main concerns: - lower face laxity - mild jowls - nasolabial folds - tired/heavy appearance - fear of further smile changes I’ve had Radiesse before with limited improvement. I also have cheek filler, but it can look puffy at times rather than natural. I’m consulting doctors in Turkey and got two plans: Option 1: - Endolift (face/chin/neck) (cost for endolift at this doctor: 2500€) - Radiesse - Rejuran - Fotona laser - SVF + nanofat Option 2: - chin enhancement - fat grafting - nanofat microneedling - small radix filler - optional Endolift (cost at this doctor: 700€) (why is there such a big difference?) My concern is making things worse: - more fat loss - hollow/overdone look - worsening laxity - smile changes Would you avoid Endolift in my case, or are regenerative approaches safer?
