Is Endolift safe for a patient with dying optic nerves?

I want to remove my under eye bags which is mostly due to my structural anatomy. However, I was diagnosed as someone with optic nerves dying which makes me a bad candidate for lower blepharoplasty and fat repositioning. So I am considering Endo lift instead but wondered if it's safe to be performed on someone with optic nerves that are dying.

Although optic neuropathy is certainly a concerning diagnosis, it may not be an absolute contraindication for eyelid surgery. We would need a better understanding of your optic nerve disease. Do you see a Neuro-ophthalmologist? Have you consulted with an Oculoplastic surgeon? Have these two surgeons discussed your case? 
There are a dozen new devices that come on the market claiming to be "the future of aesthetic surgery or medicine". It is rare that 1 out of 10 do as they claim. In the proper hands of an experienced Oculoplastics surgeon, your results will be better and safer than these devices done by nurses, with or without proper training, in every corner strip mall.

I am not sure what does it mean “dying optic nerve”? It sounds like a optic nerve atrophy, a chronic process that diminishes optic nerve function/vision? It is very likely that traditional lower blepharoplasty is not going to compromise progress of your optic nerve damage? Endoscopic procedure is not available for lower blepharoplasty fat removal and transposition to my knowledge; it is usually done through a transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty. You may ask your ophthalmologist and your plastic/oculoplastic surgeon to discuss your case. I hope this helps.
