If I have mild diastasis, are there non-surgical treatments that could improve the appearance and abdominal contour? (Photos)

I am struggling with lower abdominal fat and some mild skin laxity since pregnancy 10 years ago. I have tried diet and exercise, but this area does not improve significantly. Some doctors mentioned I may have a mild diastasis. I would like to avoid a full abdominoplasty if possible. I am looking for effective non-surgical or minimally invasive options. Could Endolift help in my case? Can Endolift physically remove fat, or does it only melt it for the body to reabsorb? If it reduces fat, to what extent can it realistically improve contour in the lower abdomen? If I have mild diastasis, are there non-surgical treatments that could improve the appearance and abdominal contour? My goal is a flatter, firmer lower abdomen without major surgery, if that is realistically achievable. Thank you very much for your guidance.
