If you are considering a cosmetic surgery it would be in your interest to see a doctor for an examination to make sure you would be a candidate.Vitiligo should not be an issue with hair transplant surgery.

I don't see any medical reason that you can not have a hair transplant just because of it , consult with an experienced surgeon for an evaluation and to make sure all your medical questions are answered.

You can have a hair transplant with vitiligo. The hair transplant will bring skin from the back of your head and if this is pigmented, may address some of the vitiligo. Scalp micropigmentation also addresses the vitiligo
