You can definitely go under Invisalign treatment with baby teeth in your mouth... My question will be ,what is the plan for the teeth that are growing horizontal? If the treatment plan includes going after them surgically in order to get them into the mouth then Braces may be a better option for you... if the plan is to extract the impacted teeth and implants to replace them, Invisalign can for you.

Generally speaking, Invisalign is best used when all of the adult teeth have already erupted. In my practice, we do not use Invisalign when baby teeth are still present or in the presence of impacted teeth (adult teeth that have not come down).
