It's been 3.5 weeks since my LASIK was done and I have a slight pain in my left eye. My vision is good, so what is wrong?

It's been 3.5 weeks since my LASIK was done... And I have a slight pain in my left eye.....though my vision is good? What could be the reason..?pain rises when I keep my head resting on left side? Pain won't b throughout the day.... It is intermittent?
