Hello, The cost of Artefill varies depending on multiple factors. The best answer is you will pay between $600-$1000 per syringe. I suppose if you had this procedure performed by a prominent dermatologist or plastic surgeon, you can pay $1200 or even more. It is most important to choose your injector carefully. The best injectors can be dermatologists, facial plastic surgeons or general plastic surgeons. Their experience with the product is more important. Also, be careful where you have this product injected. I have had no problems injecting Artefill, now called Bellafill, in the nasolabial folds and midface. If you read other patients experiences on Realself, you will find many dissatisfied people who have had Bellafill injected into their lips or lower eyelids. I have had success injecting Bellafill in the lower eyelids when I inject it deep. I do not perform this treatment regularly because of the potential for complications including clumping. Once Bellafill is injected, it is permanent! If you want to remove it, it has to be surgically excised typically, which comes with its own host of potential complications. Do your homework carefully when choosing your injector and in deciding where to have the product injected in your face. I personally charge $800-$1000 per syringe.
The cost of any product is the same when purchased by the doctor. The cost to the patient depends on many factors such as the skill of the physician, the number of syringes used in the treatment session as well as local market.Ultimately, what you are looking for is NOT the deal but the skill.
