Can I use a combination of tretinoin (0.025%) and hydroquinone (2%)?

Hi,thanks for the question.For pigmentation of the underarm area avoid using tretinoin cream for overnight,start with short contact and later for long duration.Also hydroquinone cream can be used alone without tretinoin cream.Use moisturizer and start with mild peels like glycolic peels after consulting a board certified dermatologist who can recommend the right treatment.You can also use mild creams like kojic acid,arbutin also.
