Is anal and vaginal bleaching safe? And is it safe to get laser hair removal on these areas after the treatment?

There is a waxing salon nearby my home and they perform anal and vaginal lightening treatments. Is this safe? And what are the side effects? Along with this question, if I do get the lightening treatment can I also get laser hair removal on these areas about 2 weeks after?
