Is it possible to recolor veneers after applied? If not, what are the next steps to fix them? (photo)

I went through a long process of getting veneers and in my final appt they gave me the impression the color was great and if I whitened my other teeth a smidge, it would be a seamless blend. After having whitened them for 2 weeks, there is no change to my natural teeth and I am unhappy with the veneers in natural lighting. I signed giving consent to apply veneers but I'm now disappointed. Is there a way to change the color without starting over?

Agree with Dr. Silberman. There is nothing that can be done once the veneers are cemented. I am not sure what lab was used but I would consult with a different doctor or ask that a different lab that specializes in aesthetics is used if you have them redone. Many pictures should be taken and sent to the ceramist that is hand-crafting your veneers. Good luck on your journey!

Unfortunately, I'm sorry to tell you that your veneers won't "blend" in to your other teeth. Your teeth have a translucent look to them and the veneers are more opaque looking. The only way to have them appear natural is to remake them. Your dentist will also need to use a laboratory that can make veneers look like natural teeth. Sorry.
