Dr. Ip and his staff always go above and beyond to ensure that my visits are exceptional in every way! He is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly in terms that you understand. My bottom teeth were crowded and crooked from 15+ years of not wearing a retainer after braces…and in less than 2 years Dr. Ip had all of my teeth completely straight again! I'm extremely happy with my new smile! I highly recommend him!

I have had an excellent experience every single visit to Dr. Ip. His team has gone above and beyond in squeezing me in when I've had a dental emergency which I cannot thank them enough. The team at Smile 360 are some of the friendliest people you'll meet, and they're super gentle when it comes to plaque removal, polishing, x-rays and flossing. I highly recommend them and if I could go more than twice a year, I would!

When I started coming to Dr. Ip and the team at Smile 360, I was FED UP with the usual treatment at a dental office. You know, the hustle and bustle, in and out, etc. And don't get me started on the awful commentary from the dentist or dental hygienist while they're working in your mouth! I just wanted some kindness and someone to talk to me like I'm a friend. And six years later, I'm very happy to be part of the Smile 360 family. We've been together through perio-maintenance, routine cleaning, two front teeth implants, and Invisalign.
