One of my front two teeth has become noticeably darker in the past 5-7 years. I used to play softball several years (20+) ago & this tooth was hit during a game, but it didn’t start getting darker till many years later. My dentist advised that the tooth is dead, so a veneer is my best option. My teeth are straight so it will only be for the color. Is it okay to only do the front two? Or should I do four?

Hi:It’s best to voice your concern to your dentist in the next appointment. Normally veneers can easily be adjusted not to feel tight with out the need to replace them.Best,Dr. Maddahi
