Hello, I am looking into a smile makeover. I currently want to have a wider and broader smile plus correct the front coloring and chipping. I have a small mouth and belive my teeth have also become more worn and smaller over the years. Will porcelain veneers help correct my smile and symmetry to my face? Thanks!
Answer: Chipped and discolored teeth.... OF COURSE, you would be a great candidate for veneers. Believe me, I have corrected much much worse. Veneers will bring you the symmetry and appearance that you have longed for. Make sure you go to a good cosmetic dentist and definitely ask to see their actual before and after photos to make sure that you have chosen the right dentist. It should not take you more than 1 or 2 appointments to totally fix your smile. As far as broadening your smile, veneers tend to do this naturally because patients undoubtedly smile and laugh a lot more, once they've had their teeth done. Good luck and keep us posted.

Answer: Get a wider looking smile Porcelain veneers will definitely improve your smile. To get rid of those dark triangular tunnels in the corners of your mouth you will need 12 porcelain veneers on your top teeth. This will give you that broad, wide smile look that you are looking for.

Answer: A Classic Case Veneers would be a wonderful option for someone who has a smile such as yours. Your needs are based on color, chipping, and slight modifications that are all very straightforward to fix with veneers. Be sure to let your dentist know your preference for tooth size, shape, color, and possibly even ask for a wax-up before your final veneers are delivered.

Answer: Smile makeover with veneers to improve symmetry It is great that you provided a photo to help us evaluate. I think you have excellent symmetry of the lower third of your face and very pretty facial features. I do agree with you that your smile is slightly asymmetric. I feel you would be very impressed by the result of improving your smile. It will really help to enhance your facial beauty. I think goals for you would be to uniform the color, improve the alignment/contours, and improve the alignment of the midline of your smile. A good option would be to have a aesthetic dentist take impressions and design a desired smile of your mouth. The dentist will most likely be able to superimpose the model over your existing teeth to give you a sense of how things can be improved before any work is actually done on your teeth. Hope this helps. Good luck and best wishes.

Answer: Porcelain Veneers for a Wider and Straighter Smile Porcelain Laminate Veneers are a great choice for worn small size teeth that also have asymmetries that affect facial symmetry as well. Veneers require less shaping of teeth than full crowns and are more lifelike and longer lasting than composite bonding. A cosmetic dentist can perform a mockup of your smile with a diagnostic waxup of your mouth, along with temporary veneers, so you can evaluate and modify your permanent result to meet your aesthetic expectations.
