Why does Emsculpt make you have heavier periods for those with plastic IUD?

Had a consult and 5 min try of Emsculpt Neo. Technician did mention it causes heavier periods. I have the plastic IUD. Does any doctor know why Emsculpt causes heavier flow? Thank you!
