Is it possible for Morpheus8 to cause Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH)?

I have a small amount of fat on my back with some skin laxity that I want removed but the plastic surgeon I saw said it wasn't enough for liposuction or any surgical intervention. I do not want to do coolsculpting because I am worried about PAH. Can Morpheus cause PAH?
