High testosterone levels - Recommended options for regrowth?

I have AGA and elevated testosterone levels. Do I need to get my levels down in order for my hair to have a chance at regrowing? Would you recommend Spiro for someone with elevated testosterone?

There are potentially a few assumptions here that are wrong. There are 20 reasons to have elevated testosterone levels so first you need to figure out why (or state why in the question). Some of the reasons are of zero consequence and some are quite serious. It’s important to state in the question how high the testosterone is and the age of the patient. Again some elevations are of little significance and some and potentially more serious. There is not just one cause! For some causes, sure the answer might be an antiandrogen but for other causes the answer will be something completely and totally different. This question can not be answered with the information provided.
