I am a 24 years old male diagnosed with “very early AGA”. My hair is falling from all over the scalp with the same intensity, even the back and the sides. I have no visible general thinning. Dermatologist said that miniaturization in my case can only be seen in the frontal part so if the cause were just AGA wouldn’t it be falling out specially from the AGA affected areas? My blood tests are normal. Is it possible that patterned hair loss turns into DUPA at some point?
