I have androgenetic alopecia, since 2 years using Finasteride 0.1+%Minoxidil 5 % topical and got improvement (85% came) but still at back crown head hair density (number of hairs) is less. What is next step i should do. Eg : should i use only Minoxidil 5% topical + Shampoo of (ketoconazole 2% and zinc pyrithione 1%) or ciclopirox Shampoo, clotrimazole Shampoo, miconazole Shampoo or what you suggest. I don’t want to go for PRP or hair transplant.
