To remove possibility of burns and pigmentation and dealing with sparse white hairs is there any laser that can handle these situations and newer on the market. There are a number of Laser technologies on the market which can be used in various situations.  Light-colored hair does not respond to any laser treatment.  I suggest sending a physician who specializes in laser-assisted hair removal and discussing the available options and the risks and benefits of each.

All of the lasers you listed will help remove dark hair.  Your gray-white hair can be treated only by electrolysis.  In darker skin types, such as yourself, the laser intensity will need to be reduced to avoid scarring and hyperpigmentation.  This lower intensity will make hair removal more difficult.  A 1064 wavelength YAG laser is usually the safest laser for dark skin types.  Many medical offices offer a free consultation.

You are probably at least a Fitz 4. You are at high probability of getting hair growth with laser hair removal. Nothing treats white hair except electrolysis. A 1064 laser is safest in darker skin types. Coarse hair of chin and lip is only area I would treat.
