My scars have gotten darker. Should I even be worried?

I got a breast reduction about a year and half ago. Once the scars healed they have been pick for about a year. These past few days they have gotten extremely dark to a purple/blue color. Is this because of the cold weather or should I even be worried? It’s never done this before.

It sounds like you may need scar revision.  Without photos, it is difficult to diagnose the issue.  Address these concerns with your plastic surgeon.
