I have received orthodontics treatment 12 years ago to treat upper front teeth protrusion problem. At the time I took out 8 teeth. Four years ago I noticed my teeth shift but didn't think it would go worse. But now, my family noticed my front teeth out again. So I wonder if I could go to see an orthodontist just to adjust the retainer to put them back a bit? I am not looking for a perfect smile. I just don't want my front teeth get out. The gaps on the side also got larger.
