I want to know some opinions about v-y plasty.I had lip augumentations first using silicone oil(now i have 3 small granulomas in my upper lip from it),fat transfer into both of my lips(3 procedures-all resorbed) and hyaloronic acid(i still have some effect from it).The hyaluronic acid made the lips bigger but more on the inside and the space between nose and lip is too plumped.The problem isn't that my lips are too thin but that my upper lip tent to drop on my lower lip covering it.

Extensive swelling of the lips is not uncommon with fat injections. Other than time and cool compresses there is not much you can do. You may consider oral steroids if the swelling is extreme.
Lip reduction is possible through surgery, however your lips naturally thin with age as well. So, if you'd like to wait a bit and save yourself from the inevitable scars related to surgery, then your lips will thin out eventually on their own.
