In my opinion you should use these separately so that each medication can be absorbed the way the manufacture created it for. That way you get maximum results.

These medications can be used on the same scalp, but should be used at different times.  Ideally several hours apart is the best.  Hair loss and seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff) often occur together because the tiny hormone that causes most male hair loss (DHT) also stimulates oil gland production.Good luck!

Under care of a physician, sure it’s possible. Studies have shown quite nicely that occasional use of Clobetasol shampoo (a steroid) helps seborrheic dermatitis in combination with anti-dandruff shampoos. Spironolactone can help androgenetic alopeicia in women but does little for seborrheic dermatitis.

Topical steroids should not be used frequently as the absorption of this drug causes hair problem and body problems as well
