What treatment can I get for sebaceous gland hyperplasia on the tip of my nose? (Photo)

Following a biopsy, it was confirmed that I have sebaceous gland hyperplasia. Two bumps on the tip of my nose with a crease in the middle. Now I also have a biopsy scar too! The bumps are definitely getting bigger and changing the appearance of my nose. It is most definitely knocking my confidence. I would consider any form of treatment. Please help.
