Your two front teeth appear large for a number of reasons. First you have a crowded & narrow arch form. Second it appears the crowding of the lower front teeth are affecting the position of the upper front teeth. Before filing and shortening your upper central incisors (two front teeth) which is irreversible, I would recommend you consider having Invisalign treatment which would enhance your whole smile while shortening (intruding) your teeth, improving your bite AND reducing the risk of periodontal (gum) problems that can develop from malocclusion. Finally, by aligning your teeth can actually improve your gum contours which also appear to be uneven on your two front teeth in the pictures you provided. This can make a tooth appear longer as well.
