I am undergoing invisalign full with IPR. I have overbite/openbite and a narrow palate. The dentist said invisalign could help "widen my smile". My rhinitis makes it difficult for me to breathe when exercising. I think I might have a large tongue which makes it worse. I am not sure what to ask my specialist orthodontist at my next visit. He did not mention anything about using expanding appliances. Are there other options that would be worth asking dr or dentist?
