Can a fixed frontal dental bridge be made smaller and made less thick while the bridge is in my mouth?

The dentist said that he could do the work without taking the bridge out of my mouth. It is the permanent bridge. Please tell me if he can to this work. The teeth are to long and it interferes with my speech. And the teeth are to thick they rest on the inside of my upper lip.

There is not much to do , it needs to be re done , porcelain is a glass that is performed at 1200 degrees , so if it cracks , nothing can be added , or placed on top , there is sometimes some air bubbles that are inside the porcelain that can cause this , but you will definately need to re do it.
