Sorry to hear that, basically you have 3 options1- Go to your dentist or cosmetic dentist to smooth out the chips, and possibly shorten a bit, this procedure is called cosmetic contouring of your chipped tooth, It is possible that once it is contoured on your 2 front teeth , the other side teeth will be needing some adjustment. 2- Dental bonding repair depending on what type of porcelain material was used, can be done, and it is very technique sensitive, you might get stains, but nothing that a good teeth cleaning can not remove! Dental bonding is not as strong as porcelain, so the dentist must make sure that your bite is adjusted so your lower teeth are not going to touch the repaired composite bonding.3- New dental bridge: if you do not like how the 2 above options, worked out, then you need a new bridge made! unfortunately the cost of making the new dental bridge is much more than the two options mentioned above. If your chip is due to grinding para functional habit, no matter what I highly recommend you wear a night guard.
Thanks for posting a picture. It appears that you have more than one chip on your bridge. This is unfortunate. Repairing bridges is very difficult. The chips are in a high stress area so I am wondering what habit you might have that caused the chips? They won't stain but may continue to break down. I would suggest visiting your dentist to see your options.
Though success rate of repairs on porcelain is poor. It still can be attempted . It is a Much easier option to repair then to replace the entire bridge
There is not much to do , it needs to be re done , porcelain is a glass that is performed at 1200 degrees , so if it cracks , nothing can be added , or placed on top , there is sometimes some air bubbles that are inside the porcelain that can cause this , but you will definately need to re do it.
