So PRP works by stimulating your body to produce collagen in the areas of injection. Ultherapy denatures collagen and causes it to contract thus stimulating your body to produce new collage. There is a chance that some of the collagen formed by the PRP may be affected. In the future you should perform energy based modalities before any sort of injectable therapy to be safe.
