Why & how could turmeric, bromelain & curcumin ruin results?

I have read conflicting information on many websites including realself of avoiding turmeric and bromelain, curcumin and Nsaids before and after the procedure. Why and how could turmeric and bromelain, curcumin ruin results? Shouldn't the growth factors from PRP and these herbs help with help the results of PRP injections?

The most important reason why we ask patients to discontinue turmeric, curcumin, and bromelain is because of their blood thinning effects also they might have some kind of anti-inflammatory effects such as NSAIDs which may decrease the effects of PRP, but there is not enough research about this.
