I have read conflicting information on many websites including realself of avoiding turmeric and bromelain, curcumin and Nsaids before and after the procedure. Why and how could turmeric and bromelain, curcumin ruin results? Shouldn't the growth factors from PRP and these herbs help with help the results of PRP injections?
