Should I ice before IPL?

Is it ok to put some ice on top of the area before doing IPL so it does not hair as much? And then of course makin sure its dry before doing the treatment. THanks

I would suggest test spot to see efficacy of q switched yag.This is usually used for tattoo removal.This is effective for hyperpigmentation.
