I had a rhinoplasty done earlier this year and I'm unhappy with my nose in general, but in particular my nostrils. They are very very flared when I smile and are almost like 2 squares on the side of my nose, making my nose look very wide at the end. My nose doesn't look structured and one nostril is slightly higher up than the other. I have researched Alarplasty and it will sort the problem. How much on average does Alarplasty cost/any other costs involved? An estimate/range please.
